Welcome to Aeonian. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please review the booking and cancellation information below. Also note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us.

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment, and 10 minutes for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in, fill out any forms, choose your polish, use the facilities or have a beverage while you relax. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may result in customization of their treatment.

Please turn your cell phone on silent when you arrive. Services are always in progress and we ask that you respect our calming atmosphere.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation.

 Booking

When booking your spa services, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment.  

Upon completion, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of gift certificate,Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. We do not accept American Express. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash to hold your reservation.

Pricing and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep clients informed on any changes that may occur. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.

Minimum Age Requirements

Spa clients under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Any client under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their guardian either in the treatment room or on the premises.

Cancellations

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel an appointment please call us (306) 352-2772 as soon as possible. 24 hours minimum is required for all booking cancellations. Any cancellations outside this time frame will be charged full price of the services booked. This gives us the required time to book other clients.  Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will be forced to charge the card on file. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent private lot.

Return or Exchange

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened skin care products within 15 calendar days of the initial transaction. All polishes, nail and foot files and gift certificates are final sale. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances such as an adverse reaction, any products purchased will be subject to an exchange or spa credit. Credit policy valid upon presentation of original receipt.

Customer Satisfaction

We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your service please let us know immediately so we can rectify the concern.
